There are two fun-filled cozy fantasy events coming up on the weekend of October 11 – 12. But don’t worry — you can participate in both at the same time from the comfort of your own home.

First, HearthCon 2025 will take place over that weekend. The online event includes two full days of cozy fantasy programming, with dozens of wonderful authors on the guest list. The programming will include topics for readers ranging from humorous cozy fantasy to animal sidekicks to litRPG to spicy cozy fantasy. For aspiring cozy authors, there will be panels on beginning publishing, running your own kickstarter, and similar topics.

John and I will be panelists on the “Couples Writing Cozy Fantasy” panel on Saturday evening. Join us then, if you want to learn all our deepest and darkest secrets how we collaborate on book writing.

But once you’ve heard from all those authors about their wonderful stories, what happens then? Here is the exciting answer: The Cozy the Day Away book sale will return that weekend with plenty of cozy fantasy ebooks on sale for 99 cents each. It’s a great time to stock up on some warm reading to get you through the cold winter months.
